History

TOTOE LEGAL SERVICE was established in 1981 by the late Thomas Asamoah Totoe, Esq after over 25 years in active private practice with other partners.

Over the years the firm has gone through various changes to reshape it to suit modern – day best practice in the legal profession.  The firm however continues to maintain its enviable reputation within the legal fraternity and continues to be a standard by which many law firms measure themselves.

Since its establishment the firm has trained and worked with several lawyers who have distinguished themselves in the practice of the law, some of whom are now justices of the Superior Courts of Ghana.

From its inception, the firm has maintained a well – established client base made up of both corporate and individuals. The firm over the years, has been rendering legal services to the Golden Stool as well as other stools within the Ashanti, former Brong Ahafo and Central Regions.

With two Partners and eleven Senior and Junior Associates, Totoe Legal Service is a well - established law firm with significant capacity and ability to practice anywhere within Ghana.

The firm continues to maintain its corporate and individual clients.  With its rich history, the firm has strategically positioned itself to adopt to modern day trends in legal practice.
