EXPERIENCE
Aisha has been the Company Secretary to many companies through which she amassed experience in Regulatory compliance of companies. She is a Tax Consultant with twenty-five (25) years of professional exposure and practical experience in Taxation (five years was served in public service and twenty years in private practice). She has been the Resident (Branch) and Tax Director of the Kumasi Branch of a firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors for twelve years, turning the financial fortunes of the Branch from a period of losses to a period of profit. Aisha enjoys teaching and has taught on varied subjects on Taxation, Ethics, Marketing, Customer-care and Corporate Governance.
